Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are working with a well-established and growing independent firm of chartered accountants in Greenford who are looking to recruit a Qualified Audit Senior to join their expanding Audit team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected local practice with a strong reputation in the market, offering a varied client portfolio (including OMBs, SMEs and groups) and genuine long-term progression. The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality audit work and maintaining a supportive, professional team environment.

As a Qualified Audit Senior, you will take responsibility for leading audits from planning through to completion, working closely with Managers and Partners, and supporting the development of junior staff members.
Role Responsibilities
  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Undertaking audit fieldwork and ensuring files are completed to a high technical standard
  • Preparing audit completion documentation and supporting statutory accounts preparation
  • Supervising junior staff on-site, reviewing work and providing coaching and feedback
  • Acting as a key day-to-day point of contact for clients during audit engagements
  • Identifying audit risks and escalating technical matters to Managers/Partners where appropriate
  • Ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget
The Ideal Candidate
  • ACA / ACCA Qualified
  • Strong UK practice audit experience
  • Confident and professional communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Experience supervising junior team members
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality client service
