We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Tax Senior / Manager to join our growing advisory team. You’ll take charge of a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients, providing strategic tax planning and compliance support. πŸ’Ό Portfolio Management

​

Manage a varied portfolio including HNWIs, owner-managed businesses, and internationally mobile clients.

Deliver expert advice on UK personal tax, non-dom planning, and corporate tax.

Support clients with international tax structuring, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions.

Advise on international M&A, reorganisations, and business expansions.

Coordinate with overseas advisers to ensure compliance with global tax laws.

πŸ“š Research & Technical Expertise

​

Draft and review technical reports, memoranda, and advisory documentation.

Stay informed on evolving UK and international tax legislation.

Provide insights and recommendations to clients and senior colleagues.

Contribute to strategic planning with up-to-date technical knowledge.

🀝 Leadership & Mentoring

​

Support and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Foster a collaborative and professional team culture.

Assist in developing internal processes and technical excellence.

🎯 Essential Skills & Experience

​

ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent).

Degree qualified; Master’s / LLM in International Tax desirable.

Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Confident using tax research software and digital tools.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Able to manage multiple projects independently and within a team.

Fluency in a second language a bonus.
