Role Overview

As Senior Accounts Manager, you will lead the Owner-Managed Business (OMB) team, overseeing a group of Seniors and Semi-Seniors. You will manage a diverse portfolio of OMBs and SMEs across a variety of industries, acting as the key point of contact for clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services.

This position provides a clear pathway for ambitious professionals, with genuine prospects to progress to Director level within the business.

Candidate Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified
Significant experience in a management role within an accountancy practice
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation, tax compliance, and client advisory services
Client-focused, organised, and proactive
