We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking accountancy practice that’s looking for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity if you’re ready for more ownership, more client-facing work, and the chance to actually get stuck into interesting tax projects—not just compliance cycles.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and commercially savvy tax team, with room to shape your role depending on where you want to take your career—whether that’s advisory, leadership, or technical expertise.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
Managing your own portfolio of corporate clients, with support as needed
Owning end-to-end compliance delivery and contributing to advisory projects
Being the go-to person for clients—building strong, long-term relationships
Reviewing tax computations and returns, and helping raise the bar on quality
Spotting tax planning opportunities and collaborating with seniors to deliver value
Mentoring and supporting junior team members—you don’t need to be a “manager” by title to be a great leader
Keeping your knowledge sharp and your clients in the loop with the latest tax changes
✅ What We’re Looking For
CTA / ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent)
Experience in corporate tax (or mixed tax with a strong corporate focus)
Confident managing your own portfolio and client relationships
Someone who thrives in a team environment and likes to share knowledge
Curious, commercially aware, and proactive—you enjoy solving problems, not just ticking boxes
