As part of their continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager / Manager to join their expanding tax team.
The Role
As Corporate Tax Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing both compliance and advisory work. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, reviewing work, leading projects, and supporting your team’s development.
You’ll also work closely with partners and directors on a range of complex advisory assignments, gaining exposure to interesting, high-value work while contributing to the overall success of the tax function.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met
Review tax computations and returns prepared by the team
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
Provide proactive tax advice on planning, structuring, and business transactions
Lead or assist with advisory projects alongside senior management
Oversee workflow, monitor profitability, and support junior team members’ development
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless client service
About You
Qualified CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent
Strong background in corporate tax within a practice environment
Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships directly
Skilled in both compliance management and advisory delivery
Organised, commercially aware, and keen to take on responsibility
Experience working across multiple sectors is advantageous
What’s on Offer
Salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working (2 days in the office per week)
Flexible hours and a supportive, people-first culture
Excellent benefits package
Opportunities for progression and ongoing professional development
Access to complex, varied work across a range of client sectors

This is your chance to work with prestigious clients, handle complex and rewarding tax challenges, and become a key player in a forward-thinking, collaborative team. If you’re ready to elevate your career in personal and international tax, we’d love to hear from you.
