This is an outstanding opportunity for a Partner level candidate to join a Top 10 accountancy firm based in Cardiff, with excellent links to the M4

​

This role represents a significant hire for the firm who are looking to continue their ambitious growth plans in the Wales and South West area. The Partner would be adding their experience and knowledge to an established General Practice, Accounts and Outsourcing department and taking responsbility for a regional offering.

​

As part of the role as an Accounts and Outsourcing Services regional Partner, the successful candidate would be leading a team of all levels, from trainee to director.

Responsible for the success of the department, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team.

Working closely with clients to understand their business needs

Ensure that clients are provided with a personal and tailored service for both day to day compliance and advisory projects

Responsible for day-to-day staff planning and training, ensuring the right level of technically qualified staff are booked on to client work for the appropriate amount of time

Find ways in which to improve the team both locally and regionally

Business development activities and winning work by proactively managing existing clients and targeting new clients. Involvement in formal and informal pitching procedures

ACA/ CA/ ACCA qualified

Up-to-date technical knowledge (UK GAAP, IFRS’s, ISAs, Companies Act legislation).
