​Richard made the unusual yet exciting switch from a professional chef to eagled eyed recruitment trainee 5 years ago and has successfully progressed into one of the firms most senior consultants. Richard works nationally across multiple service lines and whilst he thrives in helping individuals at any level, he has built a specialism in assisting mid to senior level hires in the tax advisory, corporate finance and financial reporting markets. 

Richard has a very calm and laid back demeanour and this friendly approach, coupled with a consistent success rate, has given him the ability to build lasting working relationships with a range of clients. 

Richard is undoubtedly a strong all-rounder and he is as comfortable in dealing with junior candidates as he is with working on senior niche hires for some of our well renowned and leading firms in central London. 

Outside of work Richard can be often be found cooking up a storm at home. He has a highly adventurous nature and has a real passion for outdoor sports including skiing, mountain biking or tackling the waves of West Wales on his jet ski.
