£45,000 – £50,000 FTE (Dependent on Experience, Pro-Rata for Part-Time)

Are you an experienced Client Manager or Accounts Manager seeking a flexible, part-time role with a supportive and growing firm? Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice located just south of Winchester, is looking for a personable and professional Client Manager to join their expanding team.

About the Role:

As a Client Manager / Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring that work is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled accounting professional who values flexibility and a collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation & Review of Statutory Accounts and Management Accounts

• Preparation and Review of Corporation Tax and Personal Tax Returns

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across diverse industries

• Providing business advisory and tailored support to clients

• Reviewing and mentoring junior team members’ work

• Overseeing billing, workflow management, and client deadlines

About You:

• ACA / ACCA Qualified (or Finalist) or Qualified by Experience

• Proven UK accountancy practice experience is essential

• Strong client relationship management skills

• Experience supervising and reviewing junior team members’ work

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
