Clark Wood are working with a leading firm of accountants in Tunbridge Wells who are actively looking for an Accounts Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the practice operations and play a key role in developing the firms brand across Tunbridge Wells and Kent

The role will involve reviewing work compiled by the accounts team and providing financial information to clients from the reports produced. You will be responsible for effectively managing an in-house team and a shared services team based in India and assist with the growth of the practice through management of current clients and acquisition of new clients.

The successful candidate will ideally be Qualified and have significant accountancy practice experience,
