Are you an Accounts Manager in South Wales looking for that next challenge with the potential to progress into a Director?

Our client a vibrant and modern firm of accountants in Bridgend are looking to add an Accounts Manager to their growing team.

Due to internal growth and reorganisation, the firm are actively looking to appoint someone at Accounts Manager level and play a key role servicing existing and potential clients and help grow the business

The successful candidate should be personable and able to engage with clients and other staff members, working alone or as part of a team.

The firm are looking for someone qualified ACCA or ACA and keen to take on new responsibilities, building client relationships and assisting partners in securing new business leads.

The role will involve taking on a portfolio of clients that includes accounts production, tax compliance and advice for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, also VAT returns and supervision of more junior staff and other ad hoc duties as required.

The candidate will be familiar with Sage, Xero and Quickbooks and will be required to assist the office in the drive to move clients to cloud based solutions and looking for added value advice.

For the right candidate there will be the opportunity for significant future development and progress into Directorship
