Manager - M&A Transactions Tax

Are you an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Manager with M&A or Transactional experience looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a leading regional Top 50 firm?

Our client are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Specialist with experience in M&A and Transactions at Manager level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering.

The successful candidate will work towards taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team, growing business for the Corporate Tax offering, working closely with the other Partners; autonomy to help shape the team’s growth strategy.

The ideal candidate must have excellent technical skills and experience, and have a thorough understanding of UK transactions tax issues.

You will have extensive experience of managing a team, and helping to deliver a very high standard of professional work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients.
