Clark Wood are currently recruiting for a CF / Transactions Manager to join a firm of Chartered Accountants in Droitwich.

The firm are are ideally looking for someone with 2+ years post-qual experience (ACA / ACCA) in a transaction support role or similar, to run projects on a day-to-day basis.

This role will support the development of the TAS department and has excellent progression potential for the right candidate.

1.     To lead buy-side due diligence assignments for a variety of individuals, boutique investment firms, corporates, and SME PE clients

2.     To lead sell-side assistance assignments for existing and new clients of the firm

3.     To take ownership of end-to-end report production on assignments to an excellent professional standard

4.     To own and control all financial and operational data on assignments, including managing information request lists and virtual datarooms

5.     To lead client and buyer/seller meetings as required

6.     To be involved with business development and networking to win new work for the team

7.     To manage junior members of staff as required

8.     To be involved with performance improvement and operational re-design assignments

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified and ideally have 2 years plus post-qualification experience in a Transaction Support or a similar role.

Ideally you will have experience within Financial due diligence & Financial modelling.
