Clark Wood is a specialist Recruitment Consultancy operating throughout the United Kingdom within the Public Practice Accountancy & Tax sectors. Our core client base consists of Accountancy Practices ranging from Big 4, Top 10 & Mid-Tier firms through to independent regional firms and sole traders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist Transaction Services department of a large firm of accountants.
This will be the ideal role for a candidate who has had experience within Transactions and is now looking for a managerial position.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent salary, with great benefits with the opportunity to reach Director and Partnership level


Building client relationships and taking a second level client relationship position behind the Partner as well as filling in for the Associate Director when necessary
Resolving and identifying risk management issues
Mitigating risk through review and involvement of senior people and other specialists
Ensuring Corporate Finance work is completed in order for the Director to review and complete it
Writing high quality, professionally presented reports, requiring minimal input from an Associate Directors
Demonstrating and understanding of methodological issues arising in an assignment, presenting potential solutions and seeking advice when appropriate
Managing the day-to day aspect of assignments


ACCA / ACA qualified
Experience in Transaction Advisory functions of accountancy firms
