Looking for a new challenge? Clark Wood are currently recruiting for a leading firm who are keen to add a Share Scheme Manager to their growing and rapidly expanding team.
Our client is looking for an individual to further develop their offering in the Owner Managed Business (OMB) and Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) marketplace.
The candidate must have extensive Share Scheme Experience in the OMB/SME market. They will be market facing and able to guide clients through their exit planning strategy and/or incentive needs and then implement the solution, with support or not, depending on their job grade.
Supporting both existing and new regional clients with their exit planning, incentive and share scheme requirements
The opportunity to work with the Partner group to shape and deliver the offering and the go-to- market strategy for Basingstoke and the wider South region
Responsibility for the day to day management of the delivery of the Basingstoke (and potentially wider) share scheme work and team, including coaching juniors and providing technical leadership, with the support of the wider Partner group
Will be CTA and/or ACA qualified or hold another relevant qualification
Must have extensive experience of share schemes in the SME/OMB market place and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of this market at interview
Likely to have 6+ years relevant experience and a proven business development record with strong market focus
