Build and maintain strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with overseas tax advisors and coordinate cross-border compliance and planning.
Work alongside colleagues in the Dubai office on client matters involving the UAE tax regime.
Team Leadership & Reporting:
Report directly to a Tax Manager while maintaining autonomy over your portfolio.
Supervise and support junior team members, fostering professional development and high technical standards.
Research & Technical Expertise:
Keep up to date with changes in UK and international tax legislation.
Conduct in-depth research to inform client solutions and internal training.
Provide insightful, well-structured advice to senior staff and clients.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing and technical learning within the team.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
Degree-qualified (2:1 or above preferred).
Additional qualifications such as an LLM in International Tax or a Master’s degree are a plus.
ACA/ICAS or CTA qualification required.
Experience & Skills:
Strong technical understanding of UK tax law and international tax principles.
Demonstrated experience managing complex tax matters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using tax research platforms.
A second language is a bonus but not essential.
Personal Attributes:
Detail-focused and precise in your work.
Organised, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Flexible and solutions-driven with a positive, professional attitude.
What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks.

Flexible working (up to 2 days per week remote).
