Senior Accounts Manager

​Clark Wood are working with a Firm of Chartered Accountants in Shrewsbury who are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Manager to join the Business.

The successful candidate will be required to Support the delivery of client annual compliance routines which will include the review of financial statements, working papers and associated statutory tax returns for all entity types based on an allocated portfolio of clients.

You will be working on your own Portfolio of OMBs and SMEs and will be looking after a team of Senior’s and Semi Seniors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Management of Allocated Client Portfolio
•Review of Financial statements
•Review working papers
•Review of tax computations
•Review of VAT Returns
•Review of Management accounts
•Coaching and training of associates and Grade 1 senior accountants
•Submission of financial statements
•Completion of final files

The successful candidate will be ACCA or ACA qualified or qualified by experience and have excellent experience of working within a firm of Chartered Accountants.
