Public Practice and Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading national firm of accountants who are looking to recruit a Private Client Tax / Personal Tax Senior to join the team in their Preston

As well as the day to day compliance work for your clients, you will be involved with the provision of tax planning advice to your clients.

The ideal candidate will be based locally to Preston and may be ATT / CTA qualified or may be studying towards the CTA at present and will have a wealth of experience in Personal Tax work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Tax Senior to join a well-regarded and forward thinking firm in a mixed compliance and advisory role, where there will be genuine scope for career development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact
Preparation of personal tax returns
Reviewing junior staff's completion of personal self-assessment tax returns
Providing guidance, training and support to junior staff
Identifying tax planning opportunities for individuals and trusts
Assisting the partners with tax consulting work relevant to HNWI and trusts when required

Skills:

ATT Qualified / CTA Part or Fully Qualified
Strong Personal Tax experience within a practice environment
