Are you an ambitious Private Client Junior/Semi Senior looking for a new role in Bristol?

Public Practice and Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and highly reputable regional firm of accountants, who are seeking to add a Personal Tax Senior to the team in their Bristol office.

The role will involve managing a portfolio of personal tax clients including HNWIs, company directors and sole traders for whom you will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently through the preparation and review of personal tax computations and returns.

Whilst the role will be focused towards the provision of compliance work for your clients, you will also gain exposure too advisory and tax planning work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of personal tax returns
Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact
Reviewing self-assessment tax returns prepared by other members of staff
Providing guidance, training and support to junior staff
Identifying tax planning opportunities for individuals and trusts
Assisting the partners with tax consulting work relevant to HNWI and trusts when required

Skills:

ACCA/ACA/ATT/CTA Part or Fully Qualified / Qualified by experience  
Strong Personal Tax experience within a practice environment is essential
