Personal Tax Senior

Clark Wood is working on behalf of a well-established firm in Warrington, seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to manage a diverse client portfolio while progressing within a supportive environment.

The Role:
As a Tax Senior, you will work closely with the Tax Director to deliver high-quality tax services to a variety of high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and corporate clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

•Preparing UK and Jersey Personal Tax Returns for HNWIs, Partners, Directors, and the Self-Employed.

•Completing Trust Returns, Corporation Tax Returns, P11Ds, and ATED returns.

•Handling client and HMRC queries and assisting with advisory work.

•Managing your own portfolio, WIP, and fee notes, while maintaining and developing strong client relationships.

•Collaborating with other departments and providing support where needed.

What We’re Looking For:

•Strong personal tax and trust knowledge – ideally CTA qualified.

•3-5 years' experience working in tax within an accountancy practice.

•Ability to manage a portfolio of clients independently.

•Excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach.

•Knowledge of CCH Central (advantageous).

•A driving license is preferable.
