Clark Wood are delighted to be working with a regional firm of accountants in Glasgow who are actively looking to grow their tax team with the addition of a Personal Tax Senior/Assistant Manager.

As a Tax Assistant Manager / Manager the successful person will be responsible for their own mixed portfolio of predominantly private individuals, multi-generational families and high net worth individuals, whilst also working closely with the partners to support them on specialist advisory and consulting projects.

The role will consist of a mixture of both tax compliance services and tax planning work with the firm viewing the advisory services they offer as a key component of what sets them apart from other firms locally.

As a Personal Tax Senior/Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in the development of the firm’s tax offering, overseeing a team of 2 junior members and getting involved in taking part in networking and business development activities.

The junior team is relatively new so there is a good opportunity to grow and build the team

The ideal person will have significant experience of undertaking a Personal Tax or Mixed tax role in practice and will be ATT or CTA Qualified.
