Are you an experienced tax professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a leading Top 30 accountancy practice in Torquay who are seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join their growing private client team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, landlords, and trusts, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage your own portfolio of personal tax clients.
Review compliance work prepared by junior staff.
Deliver a range of advisory projects including IHT, CGT, property planning, trusts, and succession planning.
Build and maintain excellent client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team.

What We’re Looking For

CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
Strong experience in personal tax compliance, with exposure to advisory work.
Excellent communication skills with a commercial, client-focused mindset.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
