Salary: Circa £42,000 – £58,000 (depending on experience)

The Role

You’ll be the go-to advisor for a diverse range of personal tax clients. Expect a mix of:

•Managing and delivering personal tax compliance.

•Leading advisory projects—remuneration planning, inheritance & capital taxes, property issues, international cases.

•Guiding and developing junior team members.

•Building client relationships and spotting tax planning opportunities.

Who We Want

•Qualified: CTA / ACA / ACCA (STEP or ATT considered a plus).

•Solid practice experience in personal tax, with both compliance and advisory exposure.

•Commercial mindset with sharp technical acumen.

•Confident, client-facing communicator.

•Capable leader and mentor for junior staff.
