Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are working with a highly reputable and well renowned firm of chartered accountants in Widnes who are now looking to add a Payroll Senior to their team.

Joining this progressive and established firm you will be responsible for managing a varied client portfolio made up of businesses of varying sizes, processing payrolls of varying frequencies.

You will manage each of your clients’ payroll process, liaising with them directly to gather information and resolve any queries.

The firm also provide a range bespoke services to clients, making this an attractive opportunity for someone seeking to utilise their payroll experience in a position which allows for more variety.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Processing of a portfolio of client payrolls to varying frequencies

Associated auto enrolment pension returns and uploads to provider

Assistance with client queries and dealing with matters such as PAYE refunds, PAYE scheme registration, set up of auto enrolment schemes such as NEST, client assistance with operation of their in-house schemes
