Public Practice specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a leading regional firm in the Lincoln area who are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Our client is an established well known regional firm with offices across multiple towns and citys in the Lincolnshire area.
They are currently looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join their Lincoln Bureau to services a wide range of clients across their payroll needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Working as part of the payroll bureau team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients ‘payrolls that will vary in size and complexity.
Processing weekly, monthly and quarterly payrolls.
Administering starters and leavers.
Liaising with HMRC and other relevant 3rd parties.
Answering queries from clients regarding pay, tax and NI.
Process and submit CIS information.
Administering statutory payments.
Processing year end payroll procedures.
Pension auto enrolment experience.
Strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel and Sage payroll.
Strong administration skills.
