Outsourcing Manager - Central London, WC1
This leading independent Central London based firm is looking to recruit an Outsourcing Client Manager to strengthen the department. The department includes clients which comprise international subsidiaries who have activities in London, as well as domestic entrepreneurial businesses.

The practice has experienced significant growth in the last 18 months.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The provision of quality management accounts, full back office financial solutions and on-going local and international compliance activities.
Be a key member of senior management in this growing team, taking a lead role in areas such as business development initiatives, the management of quality and risk, enhancement of technology and process and the development of the team.
Be responsible of international coordination on global compliance projects, as well as implementing our global tools for such projects.
To manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the provision of the highest quality of outsourced finance and reporting under the supervision of an engaging Partner
Preparation of complex statutory accounts including consolidated accounts and consolidation workings
Mentoring, supervising and training colleagues at Trainee or Senior Level
Support and drive new client acquisition through specific targeted initiatives
Contribute to the wider National Accounting and Outsourcing business on agreed national projects.
European Language would be an advantage - German Ideally
Experienced in managing a team and developing staff
Significant experience of the preparation of management accountants and statutory accounts
