Clark Wood are currently working with a highly progressive mid-tier firm of chartered accountants in Milton Keynes who are currently looking to add an Outsourcing Accounts Senior to their growing team.

This forward-thinking firm is looking for a versatile and well-rounded individual to undertake a varied role where you will have responsibility for your own portfolio of clients. It will be your responsibility to ensure the accurate and efficient provision of a range of services to your clients, building strong working relationships.

You will provide support and guidance to junior staff and will play a hands on role in the preparation of more complex management accounts and VAT returns.

As in Outsourcing Accounts Senior in the Milton Keynes office, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary and excellent benefits as well as real scope for development one of the areas premier firms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To support the management team and help develop the client portfolio.
Support, oversee and review the work of junior staff.
Preparation of more complex management accounts and VAT returns.
Communication with clients in a professional and confident manner.

Skills:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or finalist
Exposure to a variety of software platforms (Xero and Sage preferable)
Experience of helping to manage staff and clients successfully
Experience of working within practice is essential
