The Role 📝
As a Senior Audit Associate, you will play a key role in delivering audits for a diverse range of clients, including SMEs and small-cap listed companies. You’ll gain early exposure to CFOs and CEOs and work across audits from start to finish, making a real impact while developing technical, project, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver audit assignments across a variety of client portfolios, working closely with audit managers and directors
Plan and execute audit work, including financial statement preparation and risk assessments
Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring they understand the objectives and context of their work
Work on client premises and remotely, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
Ensure audit projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with professional standards
Who You Are 🌟
You are ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) and bring strong technical knowledge, but also:
Outstanding communication and influencing skills
Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders at all levels
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
A natural relationship-builder, able to engage teams and generate additional client opportunities
Open to feedback and committed to fostering a learning and growth-focused environment
Comfortable in a hybrid working setup, able to work effectively both remotely and in the office

Working week: 37.5 hours, hybrid working (up to 50% home-based)
Core hours: 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday
