This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and leading practice based in Manchester who are looking for a Mixed Tax Senior (Advisory)

Supporting the Managers. Senior Managers, Directors and Partners, as a Mixed Tax Senior (Advisory) you will be responsible for the following;

Your primary focus will be on delivering high quality tax advice, whilst also having a role in managing existing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities, thus helping to generate advisory work from new clients.
 
Working with more senior members of the advisory team to develop your Privately-Owned Business advisory knowledge and capabilities;

Researching new and existing legislation, including providing technical analysis on the impact that this may have on clients;

Preparing tax advisory letters, proposals, memos and reports for review;

Drafting statutory and non-statutory clearances in respect of transactional work, and actively liaising with HMRC;

Liaising with clients, intermediaries (being banks, lawyers or financial advisors), and colleagues throughout advisory engagements

Our client based in Manchester is looking for the following knowledge and qualifications:

Entrepreneurial business and private client tax focus, developing a technical knowledge from private client and/or corporate tax background;
