Accountancy & Tax Recruitment Specialists Clark Wood are working with a leading and well-regarded firm of accountants who are currently looking to add an experienced and driven Mixed Tax Senior to the team in their Taunton office.

This well-established and progressive firm have developed an excellent reputation nationally as a result of their client centric ethos and have an already impressive and ever-growing presence across Somerset and the wider South West.

Working as a Mixed Tax Senior in the Taunton office, you will be responsible for your own mixed portfolio of Personal & Corporate clients, whilst also providing ad-hoc support to the partners on interesting advisory based projects.

The role will primarily consist of providing tax compliance services to an interesting mix of clients and will also allow for the successful individual to gain exposure to advisory and consultancy work alongside a Manager or Partner.

The ideal candidate will be least ATT Qualified or may have already begun studying towards the CTA Qualification. Individuals who are ACA / ACCA Qualified will also be considered. The successful individual will have had excellent experience of undertaking both corporate and personal tax work within a practice environment.

Skills

Ideally ATT Qualified and / or CTA Qualified or Part Qualified
ACA / ACCA Qualified individuals will also be considered
Experience of both personal and corporate tax work
Ideally some previous exposure to advisory and planning work however this is not essential
