Public Practice & Tax Recruitment Specialists Clark Wood are working with a leading regional firm of accountants & tax advisers who are keen to recruit a Mixed Tax Manager/ Senior Manager to join the growing tax consultancy team in their Newbury, Berkshire office.

The type of work undertaken by the Team includes tax enquiry work, providing tax advisory support on corporate and property transactions, advising on business restructures, asset/business sales and providing specific tax advice on a range of matters to our corporate clients and High Net Worth individuals.

Providing tax technical advice to Private Clients, HNWI clients; advice on tax residence status, capital gains tax, inheritance tax. There is also scope for more corporate advisory work such as; SDLT, tax efficient dividend planning, exit planning as well as EIS schemes, EMI share options, R&D and capital allowances.

The candidate would ideally be commuting from in and around the Berkshire area; Newbury, Reading, Basingstoke, Andover, Oxford etc.

The ideal candidate will be CTA Qualified and will have relevant managerial skills as well as sound mixed tax knowledge and technical expertise.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Assistant Manager or Manager to develop their skills and career within a leading independent firm.  

Ideally you will be CTA / ACCA / ACA / ATT Qualified with relevant tax experience within a practice environment.
