​Our client is a dynamic firm of Chartered Accountants located in Droitwich, Worcestershire, dedicated to serving the needs of small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses.

They are currently seeking an Accounts & Tax Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio primarily comprising owner-managed businesses. The role entails ensuring accurate and efficient completion of all compliance work for clients within the designated portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing environment focused on Accounts and Tax, with significant exposure to SMEs and owner-managed businesses. Proficiency in Personal Tax and Corporate Tax returns is essential for this role.

This opportunity offers excellent prospects for career advancement within an established and forward-thinking firm. Study support is available for candidates pursuing professional qualifications. Candidates who are ACA/ACCA qualified are preferred, although consideration will also be given to those who are AAT qualified or qualified by experience (QBE).
