Mixed Tax Manager
£50,000 to £60,000
Clark Wood are recruiting for an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing accountancy practice.
This role would suit a Tax Manager, Assistant Tax Manager or experienced Tax Senior looking to progress their career.
You’ll manage a varied portfolio of corporate, owner-managed and private clients, covering tax compliance, planning and advisory work.
The Role
  • Managing a portfolio of corporate, OMB and private clients
  • Preparing and reviewing Corporation Tax and Personal Tax returns
  • Providing tax planning and advisory support
  • Advising HNWIs on Inheritance Tax, trusts and estate planning
  • Dealing with HMRC enquiries and investigations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working with Partners on complex tax assignments
  • Reviewing work and supporting junior team members
About You
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified or QBE
  • Strong UK accountancy practice experience
  • Previous Tax Manager or senior-level experience
  • Good technical knowledge across tax compliance and advisory
  • Experience managing your own client portfolio
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Commercial and proactive approach
