Clark Wood is delighted to be working with this established Ipswich based firm of Accountants and Tax Advisors. The team are currently recruiting for a Mixed Tax Assistant to assist Senior Managers, Directors and Partners in the firm.

The successful applicant will have gained a good grounding within Personal & Corporate Tax and will be keen to develop their experience in this area.

Study support will also be available for the successful candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing tax advice to portfolio of clients
Preparation of corporate & personal tax returns
Preparing tax liability calculations
Reviewing tax assessments related to your own portfolio of clients
Dealing with appeals and advising clients on tax payable with deadlines
Assisting Managers/ Partners with more complex, high level tax advisory work when required
Development and training of junior tax staff's technical competence
