International Tax Senior Manager/ Associate Director

London’s largest independent accountancy firm, a winner of multiple tax awards, is currently looking to recruit into their International Tax Team. As an International Tax Senior Manager/ Associate Director you will join a rapidly expanding International Tax team outside of a Big 4 environment but with all of the rewards.

Reporting directly to the Partners, your clients will include US and EMEA inbound companies, plus UK privately owned/Mid Cap businesses.
Strong corporate tax compliance and reporting experience
M&A work including tax efficient structuring and due diligence
Corporate reorganisations including demergers and reconstructions
Tax advice and planning in relation to all international transactions undertaken by clients
Driving the acquisition of new businesses, by building networks with relevant industry colleagues and developing and expanding client portfolios by actively dealing with clients’ advisory tax issues
Strong knowledge of interaction between international tax regimes and initiatives of international organisations
Managerial experience including management of compliance processes

Qualifications

CTA Qualified and ACCA or ACA
