Clark Wood are delighted to be working with a leading London practice who due to internal growth are looking for an audit assistant manager to specialise working in their exciting media and entertainment team with a number of high profile Film and TV clients.

The firm are renown for promoting within and can offer an excellent platform to progress into senior management. You will be responsible for managing, controlling and conducting the audit fieldwork for a diverse range of clients, developing strong relationships with those clients, and helping to win new clients for the firm. Your will also include preparation of financial statements for audit and non-audit clients as well as the associated tax compliance work

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning, managing, controlling and conducting the audit fieldwork for a portfolio of the firm's clients under the direction of the partner and manager group
Preparation of financial statements for clients above and below the threshold
Building and maintaining client relationships
Managing and developing junior members of the team
Preparation of Corporation tax computations and returns

Skills:

ACA/ACCA Qualified or Qualified by Experience
