Employment Tax Manager - Birmingham

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading and growing firm in their Birmingham office, for an Employer Solutions Tax Manager.
Our client is looking for a Manager to play a pivotal role within the Employer Solutions / Reward Tax department 
The Manager will lead the business and Team in the West Midlands area covering their Birmingham office.

Main Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a depth of technical knowledge in own service area and apply this knowledge to develop solutions to complex technical issues
Manage a team in complex and demanding assignments on a day to day basis
Proactively seek out business development opportunities as well as participating fully in new client pitch situations
Act as a focal point for the delivery of sophisticated tax advice to clients and the business
Write high quality tax reports, professionally presented documents, requiring minimal input from directors or partners

Skills:

Experience of Enterprise Management Incentive scheme (EMI), Company Share Option Plans (CSOP), saving related schemes (SAYE), Share Incentive Plans (SIP), unapproved share option schemes and long-term incentive plans.
Strong experience of Advisory Services and Business Development
Have in-depth Tax experience and be operating at a Manager/Senior Manager level
