Employment Tax Manager

Clark Wood are currently working with this Top 10 firm who are looking for an Employment Tax Manager to join their Birmingham Office.

Our client is looking for a Manager to play a pivotal role within the Employer Solutions / Reward Tax department.

Main Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a depth of technical knowledge in own service area and apply this knowledge to develop solutions to complex technical issues
Manage a team in complex and demanding assignments on a day to day basis
Proactively seek out business development opportunities as well as participating fully in new client pitch situations
Act as a focal point for the delivery of sophisticated tax advice to clients and the business
Write high quality tax reports, professionally presented documents, requiring minimal input from directors or partners

Skills:

Experience of Enterprise Management Incentive scheme (EMI), Company Share Option Plans (CSOP), saving related schemes (SAYE), Share Incentive Plans (SIP), unapproved share option schemes and long-term incentive plans.
Strong experience of Advisory Services and Business Development
Have in-depth Tax experience and be operating at a Manager/Senior Manager level
