Clark Wood are delighted to be working with this well renowned regional firm of accountants who, as a result of continued growth and success, are now looking to add a Corporate Tax Manager or Corporate Tax Senior Manager to their team in London

The role will involve a combination of Corporate Tax compliance and advisory work. The compliance element of the role will involve direct portfolio responsibility for a variety of clients, ranging in both size and sector. There will be direct line manager responsibility for two juniors and the successful candidate should have experience reviewing work with minimal partner input within their existing team. 

Advisory work including, for example, due diligence, EMI, EIS and group tax planning/reorganisations
is undertaken in the wider team at a senior level and this will be a key part of the role, to support the partners. 

Our client is looking for someone with proven experience and a track record of developing lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate will hold be CTA Qualified or may be ACA / ACCA Qualified.
