Clark Wood is thrilled to partner with a prestigious regional firm in Sheffield, currently expanding its business tax team due to internal growth and recent acquisitions. We are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director to join this dynamic team.
With an outstanding reputation across South Yorkshire, this firm is experiencing an exciting growth phase. This role is a crucial addition to the business tax team, offering significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive business tax advice, including:
International Tax: Assisting international businesses entering the UK market or UK businesses expanding overseas.
Corporate Finance Collaboration: Working alongside our award-winning corporate finance team on:
Business sales and disposals
Management buyouts
Business sales to employee ownership trusts
Due diligence for UK and overseas buyers
Tax Planning: Developing tax-efficient group structures and group restructuring.
Share Incentives: Advising on share incentive schemes.
Role Benefits
Play a pivotal role in the business tax planning team.
