As a Corporate Tax Senior, you will be responsible for the following;

Complex corporate tax compliance
R&D tax credit claims
Corporate finance transaction tax advisory and due diligence
Corporate reconstructions / demergers
Family Business succession planning
Equity incentives and Employment Related Securities
EIS / SEIS related matters
International business direct tax matters and structuring
Ad hoc business tax advisory
Complex direct tax HMRC enquiries
Undertaking tax technical research for wider projects
Undertaking a number of tax related administrative tasks

Our client based in Exeter is looking for the following knowledge and qualifications:

Previous experience in tax compliance preferred but not essential
Exposure to providing a tax advisory service an advantage (but not essential)
Previous experience of Alphatax would be useful
Proficient in MS Office 2010 (ie. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
