Public Practice and Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a leading regional firm of accountants who are seeking to recruit a professional and personable Corporate Tax Semi Senior or Senior to join their growing team in York.

The role will involve having responsibility for your own portfolio of clients for all day to day aspects of the corporation tax compliance function. The successful candidate will assist in the provision of other compliance work, managing and developing more junior staff, and an introduction to business development.

As a Corporate Tax Senior you will work alongside the specialist tax consultancy managers and partners to provide bespoke tax advice to clients.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team the role will focus on R&D work, however this role will also include some elements of other business tax advisory work.

Experience in the following areas would be beneficial, although training will be provided: Business structure planning; Sale/exit planning; Share schemes

ATT or CTA Student
ACCA Student
