This leading independent practice is looking for an enterprising senior corporate tax specialist who is keen to play a significant role in the ongoing growth and development of the practice.
The portfolio will consist of entrepreneurial clients as well as OMBs and larger corporate clients; your role will be to deliver a number of tax advisory and planning services.
This role would suit a tax specialist with a strong background working for large OMBS and corporate clients; there is the opportunity to progress into more senior positions.
To advise on company reorganisations, mergers and sale structuring, enterprise initiative schemes, EMI share option schemes and research and development tax planning.
To advise on CGT and in particular entrepreneur's relief, Group tax planning, EMI share option schemes, R & D claims, Capital allowances claims, Company share purchases
To oversee the corporate tax compliance team
To actively support the growth of the business being involved in; communicating the firm's brand, identifying new business opportunities and winning new business.
ACA, ACCA or CA Qualified would be desirable
