Corporate Tax Manager - Watford, Hertfordshire

Clark Wood have been instructed on a Managerial level opportunity, which offers the chance to focus on interesting advisory work for a mixed portfolio of tax clients.

This role would ideally suit a CTA Qualified experienced Manager of current Senior Manager from a small firm, who has experience managing a department and also a large complex portfolio of tax clients.

The main client base for this role would be Owner Managed Businesses, Small to Medium Enterprises and the Directors, Partners, Private Clients, High Net Worth Individuals, etc.

The ideal candidate must have good technical skills and experience, and have a thorough understanding of UK tax issues;
The team deals with a broad range of tax issues, including IHT/ CGT planning, non-dom & trusts, reconstructions and demergers, share schemes and EIS/SEIS, R&D tax credits, patent box claims, M&A, exit planning and succession planning.

Provide high level advisory & planning services with a great deal of autonomy;
Business development and networking: develop client services and grow tax portfolio;
Increase awareness & exposure of the firm's tax services.

CTA/ ACA Qualified
Proven track record of Business Development
Experience within a Manager or Senior Manager level role
