Corporate Tax Manager - Reading

Are you an established Tax Professional in the Reading area looking for career progression? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Tax Manager, to work in a varied advisory focused role with a leading Top 10 accountancy firm.

The role would suit someone who enjoys high level technical work to find the best solution for their clients.

You will need proven management skills and the ability to communicate with a wide client base, comprising entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses, leading professional practices, international corporate organisations, public sector organisations and private individuals.

The role will cover a broad range of tax; including personal tax, capital gains tax, corporation tax and transactional tax with a corporate bias, especially corporation tax planning, including group reorganisations, business sales & acquisitions ensuring that tax exposure is minimised and that the structure is tax efficient. You will also be proficient at OMB/SME taxation including EMI as well as enhanced R & D tax relief.

The role requires a strong team player with a desire to be an integral part of the business as a Tax Manager. You will manage and have responsibility for tax advisory services to clients, whilst being involved with and assisting your colleagues with more complex tax issues. 

This is a technical role with a high level of client interaction. You will have extensive experience of providing tax advice to clients and have a proven track record of business development as a Tax Manager.
