Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering proactive tax advice and compliance services to our clients. Your role will include:

​

Tax Advisory: Provide high-level corporate tax advice on a range of projects including group structuring, R&D, international expansion, M&A, and share schemes.

​

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, developing trusted advisor relationships.

​

Compliance Oversight: Review corporation tax returns and computations prepared by junior team members. Ensure timely filing and adherence to technical standards.

​

Team Leadership: Support the development and training of junior staff, providing coaching and technical guidance.

​

Business Development: Assist Partners and Directors in identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and pitches.

​

Risk Management: Maintain a thorough understanding of risk and quality requirements and ensure compliance.

​

About You

We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, commercially aware, and a natural communicator. You will need:

Qualifications & Experience

ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)

​

Proven experience in a corporate tax-focused role within practice or industry

​

Demonstrable knowledge of UK corporation tax and exposure to advisory work

​

Experience managing client relationships and leading teams

​
