Corporate Tax Manager - Central London (WC1)

One of London's most respected independent firms are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to focus on UK corporation tax, employment tax and VAT, indirect tax.  

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will manage a substantial portfolio of clients in the office, ensuring both excellent client service and making a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the service line and the firm.

The individual will have primary responsibility for managing a portfolio of the firm’s corporate clients (largely OMBs, but ranging in size from pre-revenue early stage companies to large corporate groups with international operations) to deliver an efficient and effective full corporation tax compliance service;

You need to have excellent UK corporation tax / deferred tax knowledge, outstanding client service skills and the ability to help manage a strong team.

The role also has a significant tax advisory element. Working with the tax partners/directors, the individual will be involved in a wide range of tax planning assignments. Typical projects could range from providing transactional tax support, advising on company sales, due diligence, R&D tax credits, international tax planning, share schemes, EIS and other areas such as employment tax and VAT work.

As this role is based in Central London it's easily commutable from Surrey, Kent, Hertfordshire or other areas of Central London - West End of the City.

ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified with the ability to demonstrate strong corporate tax technical skills;
