Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager

Clark Wood, specialist Tax Recruiters are currently assisting a leading regional firm in Watford to hire an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager.

Known for servicing a varied client base and being of the region’s leading advisors the Owner Managed Business marketplace, our client is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their continually growing Hertfordshire office.

Our client provides a wide range of tax and consulting services to a broad range of companies, from multinational groups to owner managed businesses.
    
Key Responsibilities:

Undertake Consultancy & Compliance work
Manage portfolio of complex advisory cases and managing a small portfolio of compliance work
Exposure advisory projects including; Research and Development, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, Share Schemes, EMI & International Tax

Education/Qualifications:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA) and/or tax advisor (CTA)
Technically capable tax adviser who is able to assist in complex client work
