Corporate Tax Manager

London’s largest independent accountancy firm, a winner of multiple tax awards, is currently looking to recruit into their Corporate/ Business Tax Team.

As a Corporate Tax Manager you will report into the Corporate/ Business Tax Partners working with the Partners and Managers in running the department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise and develop your advisory skills with a diverse range of clients including entrepreneurial growth companies, Owner Managed Businesses, multi-national groups, listed companies, house-hold names and high-street brands.

This position will involve working closely with partners on advisory projects as well as tendering to prospective clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and co-ordinate the provision of tax compliance services for a portfolio of clients
Assist the Partners in the provision of planning and advisory work
Reviewing more complex corporation tax returns and computations
Identifying Tax planning opportunities
Provide direction and support to junior members of staff in respect of all aspects of consultancy and compliance work
Assist partners with project/consultancy work
Maintain awareness of UK taxation developments and other relevant taxation and accountancy developments
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Skills:

ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified
Experience of working in a Corporate Tax Manager role within a Top 100 firm is advantageous
