Role Overview:
Location: Reading
Qualifications: CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA Qualified
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex corporate tax clients including Owner Managed Businesses, SMEs, Directors, and Partners.
Provide high-level advisory on UK tax issues like restructures, share schemes, R&D tax credits, and M&A.
Lead and supervise staff to ensure effective client service.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in managing corporate tax clients and strong technical skills.
Background in advisory services, ideally transitioning from a smaller to a larger firm.
