Public Practice & Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a highly reputable and progressive firm who are now seeking to recruit a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their successful team in Borehamwood.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well renowned firm of chartered accountants & tax advisors as a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager in which you will be responsible for managing the tax affairs for a significant portfolio of corporate clients ranging from multinational businesses to entrepreneurs.

You will be responsible for providing tax advisory services to clients within your portfolio as well as ensuring compliance through the review of corporate tax returns. The advisory element would cover work including; R&D; share schemes including EMI and ESS; EIS and SEIS investment; mergers, de-mergers, substantial shareholdings exemption and group restructuring; tax advice on corporate sales and acquisitions; tax due diligence; and international tax matters.

The role offers excellent scope for progression and will give exposure to the marketing and development of new business for the firm, as well as the supervision and training of junior staff.

Skills:

CTA and/or ACA, ACCA
Up to date Tax knowledge
Corporate Tax advisory experience in practice
Client management experience
